FUTURIZEX has created the FUTURIZEX Student Competition (“Competition”) to encourage UCLA undergraduate students (“Contestants”) to imagine a world of tomorrow and present an idea for a new invention or innovation (for instance, in the fields of healthcare, robotics, transportation, architecture, education), explain how it works, describe the impact it has on the future, and prove this is something that could feasibly done today. Contestants should explain their use of their science, technology, engineering, art, and/or mathematics (S.T.E.A.M.) skills in relation to his/her Challenge Submission.
